RULES: 1.You must complete 5 workouts each week of the challenge (Sun-Sat). You can do more than 1 workout a day. 2. Do not eat ANY junk food during the challenge. ZERO. This is to give your body a break from all the added sugar, fat and additives in these foods. Don't worry you won't die. You may want to kill someone but just take kickboxing instead! Junk food includes; candy, cookies, cakes, muffins, chips, fried foods, ice cream and anything else that has little to zero nutritional value like that sleeve of Ritz crackers. 3. From the time you get up to when you go to bed that night you must drink 64 oz of water. It's ok if it has flavoring but just ZERO added sugar.
