Body Boot Camp! - 6 weekly Sweat Shop workouts - 64 oz (half gallon) daily of water -100 grams of protein daily -1 outside workout weekly (walks count) -No junk food (if you have to ask if it's just- it's probably junk) -No alcohol Step 1- take progress photos!! Wear a sports bra and leggings then take photos from the front, side, and back Step 2- On day 1 you choose your level and stick to it! All levels help kickstart your metabolism! ( Workouts required + level of habits) Levels 1- just 1 healthy habit Level 2- 2 extra Level 3- 3 extra Level 4- All IN!
