When I saw these jeans at the store I had to have them... but when I got them home they wouldn’t go past my thighs.
I tried not to let it bother me, but it did.
I knew I had put weight back on.
So I kept these jeans as a motivation to make some needed changes.
I did just that.
Over a month ago, I started eating a plant-based diet and added BUTI Yoga classes 3 times a week.
I feel amazing and this weekend I get to rock these "Mom" jeans!
The scale hasn’t moved much but it’s the composition of our bodies that really make a difference! I’ve lost body fat and kept on muscle.
P.S. Anyone else a gen x/millennial and kind of miss skinny jeans?
My little sister and daughters make sure I'm keeping up with the times. I just bought two pairs of "Dad" jeans too.
