Ladies, it’s time to fall back in love with feeling strong, confident, and unstoppable! The Fit in 4 Fall Challenge at the Sweat Shop is your chance to head into the holidays feeling lighter, stronger, and ready to shine. For 4 weeks, we’re focusing on consistency, community, and confidence. Your goal? Complete 4 workouts each week — 3 at the Sweat Shop (ZOOM counts) and 1 outdoor 30-minute walk to soak up some fresh fall air. Simple, powerful, and totally doable! This challenge is designed to help you stay on track, build strength, and boost your energy before the busy holiday season hits. You’ll move your body, challenge your limits, and cheer on other women doing the same. Because we’re not just working out — we’re showing up for ourselves and each other. 💪 Starts: Oct 23 🏁 Ends: Nov 22 🎯 Goal: 4 workouts/week for 4 weeks Join the movement that makes fitness fun again. Let’s finish the fall feeling strong, confident, and proud of what we’ve accomplished — together! Grab a tracker at the studio or print one off at home to join! And we’ve added a Nutrition Challenge too if you want to take this to next level but it’s not required to earn your Sweat Shop crew neck sweatshirt.
