Hey girl! I’m Amy, your big sis from the Sweat Shop, and it is time for our 20-day Spring Shred. From March 9th through the 28th, we are locking in our results together. The rules are simple: move your body for 30 minutes every day, join us in the studio or on Zoom four times a week, and leave the junk food and sugary drinks at the door. I’ll be here to cheer you on with fast, easy food ideas for your busy life, focusing on high protein and high fiber. We are a community of bad-ass women, and we are going to start spring feeling stronger and more confident than ever. Let's get to work!
