About

For the next 6-weeks it is time to LOCK IN! This is our biggest challenge of the year at the Sweat Shop. Here is the challenge! 1. Get in at least 20 workouts WITH the Sweat Shop in the next 6 weeks 2. Track each workout on the tracker by coloring in 1 flower 3. Track bonus workouts in the cloud after 20 achieved for even more results 4. Every day give yourself 1 point for each healthy habit you achieve 5. You DO NOT have to get 4 points every day to stay in the challenge but you DO have to get at least 14 points each week or 84 points for the entire challenge When you have achieved 20 workouts and at least 84 healthy habit points you have completed the challenge! You will earn a Sweat Shop tank or T-shirt. It's your choice. But don't stop there. The goal is to get in great shape! Work to get stronger and more lean. Go into the summer feeling your BEST ever!
