5 Ways to Reduce Stress

This week will be stressful. Every week has its challenges. But we are here for you! Try one of these when you start to feel overwhelmed.


  1. Take a big belly breath in and hold it for 4 seconds then slowly exhale.

  2. Look in the mirror and tell yourself you’re a badass and you’ve got this!

  3. Go for a walk and take in all the fall colors.

  4. Drink some water. You can deal with stress better when you’re hydrated!

  5. And of course…WORKOUT. Nothing helps with stress more than a good sweat. Exercising gets you out of your head and into your body. It helps you forget about your problems for a little while. And you ALWAYS feel better after and things don’t seem so bad.
