Do this to have a good week

When you just wing and make a goal like “I’ll workout more this week” it never happens. BUT if you sit down tonight and schedule the classes you want to do this week, book them and put them in your planner like you would a lunch meeting or appointment, you’re more likely to follow through.

So take just 5 minutes now and book your classes for the week then put them in your planner. For extra level of motivation tell your friend or partner. This will hold you accountable. And if she doesn’t have a place she likes to workout invite her to come with you! You never know…she might say yes! 🙌
