Work to hold for 1 min

This is how to do a plank. As you can see Kristi is keeping her butt down and she’s holding up her abs. If you try to do this move and you get too tired before 1 min is over come to your knees instead of pushing your butt up. This will protect your shoulders and keep your core activated. When starting just shoot for 10 seconds and take a break and keep going for 1 min. After a week or 2 bump up to 20 seconds until you can hold this move for 1 full minute.

If you do that you’ll increase the strength in your arms, abs and legs! You’ll tone your whole body.


Just try it! I know you’re stronger than you think you.
