To burn 1 lb you need to burn an extra 500 calories every day for 1 week. A typical 30 min class at the Sweat Shop burns between 200-400 calories depending on your size and intensity. So if you workout with us daily (except Friday we are closed) and then go for a short walk every day you could lose 1 lb every week. If you do that now until the end of the year you could lose almost 8 lbs! That would make a huge difference in how you feel. Wouldn’t that be an awesome gift to give yourself this Christmas?
