Okay, people!! Time to lock in. Anderson Wedding (my wedding if you don't know my soon-to-be last name) is 65 days away!!
To say that I am THRILLED is an understatement.
With the excitement and plethora of invoices to pay. comes the feeling to want to feel and look my best.
Nails are booked.
Hair appointment for a fresh highlight is booked.
Run through of my wedding hair is booked.
Spa day with a facial and massage is most likely in my near future.
Teeth whitening schedule is active.
Hair vitamins and oiling routine are popping off.
Electrolytes and creatine DAILY for months now.
And I've been in a mini cut for a week.
I seriously already feel better in my body!
This cut has been about balance though and my "cheat" meals are planned out.
I have been sticking to 2400 calories, about a gallon of water daily, low added sugar, 160-200 grams of protein daily, and around 200 carbs.
I`m at the studio working out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Double classes on Mondays and Saturdays!
And I've had one meal where I thought about NONE of this and enjoyed every second.
Zero regret or guilt.

When my sister in laws's boyfriend is in town we try to do something special so we went on a double date to the Fountain Room.
MANY drinks were had, apps were split, sides were order, and multiple entree options were split up and enjoyed.
Dessert too- highly recommend Grasshopper Pie is you ever see it on a menu.
Woke up on Monday and back to usual.
Which is huge.
It's always so hard to not make it a cheat day or a cheat week.
I did it though and I'm proud!
It's not like I'm going to lose the total amount left of weight I'd like to lose in the next 65 days but I know this will help me feel confident on the day.
I want to do everything in my power to make the day perfect and stress free. If I can wake up feeling good in my body the day of then sign me up!
Eating well and working out is also great stress management and I tend to be a little high strung if you've never noticed.
Until next Tuesday,
Bekah Xx
